1. Services are sold exclusively by quote, signed before any engagement begins. No sale is concluded through this site.
2. The conditions applicable to each engagement — scope, price, schedule, delivery terms, ownership of the code, liability — are set out in the quote and its particular conditions.
3. Pursuant to article L441-1 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce), the general terms of sale are provided on request to any professional customer.
