Overview
Mini Studio is an AI cartoon-generation platform — users upload photos, generate stylised characters (anime, cartoon, claymation), compose scenes, animate them, and integrate custom characters into pre-built stories.
Brought in as the first dedicated frontend engineer, working directly with the CTO. Owned the 0-to-1 frontend execution and shipped the production MVP in 14 days from an empty repo. Owned all frontend architecture decisions on a 3-engineer team across the 6-month engagement.
