Brought in as the first dedicated frontend engineer, working directly with the CTO. Built the frontend and wired the generation flow, shipping the production MVP in 14 days from an empty repo. Owned all frontend architecture decisions on a 3-engineer team across the 6-month engagement.
Ahead of public launch, drove a frontend performance pass to address loading times and bundle weight. Introduced Server Actions, SSR, and ISR to shorten loading times, and substantially reduced shipped JS bundle size by addressing GraphQL code that wasn't tree-shakeable.
