Monorepo Architecture
Built a TurboRepo monorepo that became the reusable boilerplate for subsequent company projects. Trained the full team in modern web tooling so they could continue shipping autonomously after handoff.
Offline Payments POC
Prototyped a Kotlin Android app validating Stripe's offline payment mode for use on ferries — a no-connectivity environment. The POC validated a new revenue capability the company couldn't otherwise unlock.
