What I did
- Assessed the team, scoped the migration with them and taught classes twice a week; the team then shipped on its own.
- Migrated the first tool to a Next.js TurboRepo monorepo in Docker; it became the boilerplate for every later migration.
- Built a Kotlin Android app for Stripe offline payments on board, now in use on the ferries.
