Monorepo and Boilerplate
The first tool migrated shipped as a Next.js TurboRepo monorepo in Docker: one command, identical environments for everyone. It became the boilerplate for everything the team migrated afterwards, and the team was shipping alone after handoff.
Offline Payments on Board
Built a Kotlin Android app for Stripe offline payments on board, where there is no connectivity. It is now in use on the ferries.
