A Challenging Start (and End...)
As the only Front End dev with React experience at the time I joined, I had to come up with the whole tooling and architecture of the site on my own.
After 6 months there the company started to grow and people joined the project. I had to introduce them to the project and created some classes/exercises to help some of the newcomers to improve their React/JS level enough to be able to contribute to the project.
The following 4 years I spent there I had the opportunity to lead up to 10 people, implement and contribute to the various iterations of the designs and the features together with the POs and designers, making sure everything worked on desktop, tablet and mobile. I created 80-90% of the code and created around 3000 tests that covered around 60% of the app code.
